YES, your order will ship same day, as long as it is received by the shipping cutoff. Everything we quote comes from our Warehouse unless it is coming from the factory.

HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?
Each order received will generate a fax confirmation. This fax will confirm that the order has been received and processed.

ARE THERE ANY MINIMUM ORDER FEES?
NO CCB has no minimum order, or minimum order fees.

ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR AFTER-HOURS EMERGENCIES?
When you call the main phone number you will be transferred to the person on call.

WILL CCB ALLOW OPEN ACCOUNTS?
Of Course we offer open accounts to most companies. Please ask if you qualify for our Terms… Most wholesale and distribution companies are pre-approved for our credit terms.

DOES CCB CARRY PRODUCT LIABILITY INSURANCE?
County Circuit Breakers carries $15,000,000 in product liability insurance. The certificate can be provided upon request.

DO ANY OF THE PRODUCTS HAVE A WARRANTY?
All of our new products carry a Manufactures Warranty of 1 Year All of our reconditioned products carry a 2 year warranty.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
